Late Policy:
 

Upon booking a session with the undersigned Photographer, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following Late Policy terms. The Photographer commits to arriving at the designated session location at the agreed-upon time, and it is understood that both parties value the punctuality of scheduled appointments.

Recognizing the significance of time, any delay on your part to the session, regardless of its duration, will inevitably result in a reduction of the available session time. In such instances, the full session fee remains payable, as originally booked.

In the event that the Photographer's schedule permits, you are granted the option to extend the session beyond its originally allocated duration. Such extensions will be invoiced at a prorated rate.

Cancellation Policy:

​

By reserving a specific timeframe in the Photographer's schedule for your upcoming session, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in the subsequent Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation notifications provided with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session time will not be subjected to the Cancellation Fee detailed below.

​

Conversely, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur a Cancellation Fee equivalent to 25% of the total session cost. This Cancellation Fee has been calculated based on the originally agreed-upon session fee.

The settlement of the Cancellation Fee is requisite and should be remitted within a fortnight (14 days) from the date of the scheduled session.
 

These terms serve as an equitable agreement between the parties involved, duly acknowledging the value of the Photographer's time and the financial implications arising from schedule adjustments. Your understanding and compliance with these policies are greatly appreciated.
