FAQs

What form of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, PayPal and Bit (bank transfer). Currently, I do no accept Zelle or Venmo.
Where do you live and what locations do you travel to?

I live in Jerusalem and offer photoshoots throughout the city for the Basic Package. Beyond that, the Premium Package covers any locations within 1 hour from Jerusalem.
What time of day is most ideal for a photoshoot?

The 'Golden Hour' for photography is one hour before sunset. That being said, the best time for a photoshoot is when you and/or your children are in the best moods.
What should we wear for the photoshoot?

Best to keep things clean and solid. Patterns such as stripes or polka dots get real busy.
What should we bring to the photoshoot?

Filling snacks to keep your kids energized - candy is not advised.
What if I need to reschedule?

You can refer to the Late & Cancellation Policy linked in the footer below. But in short, you have 24 hours before the session to reschedule without penalty.
Can I bring multiple outfits?

Yes! It's your time, you get to decide what you do during your session.
Is there a limit to the number of poses?

Nope. I try to maximize the time you payed for.
Can we go overtime?

Time-permitting, I may be able to go overtime at a prorated rate.
When will we receive our unedited photos?

You will receive online access to your unedited photos within 2 business days of your photoshoot. These photos will be viewing only and cannot be downloaded.
How does the Selection and Editing Process work?

Within 10 days of receiving your unedited photos, you will be instructed to go though them and select the ones you'd like to be edited by clicking on the heart icon your selected photo. I will apply standard edits to the photos such as color enhancement and lighting correction. If you are interested in any 'additional edits', you can let me know in the comments. Free additional edits: Black & white, object removal ₪20 additional edits: Face swapping
How many photos do we get to choose for editing?

Each package includes different amounts of photos you may choose. You may refer to my Pricing Page to determine how many photos you'd be eligible for. Additional photos may be purchased at a cost of 10 NIS per photo.
Can we get more photos than our package includes?

Yes! You may purchase as many additional photos as you'd like at a cost of ₪10/photo.
How long does it take to get our edited photos?

After you've chosen your favorite photos for editing, you can expect to receive them back within one week!
How will we receive our edited photos?

You will receive access to an online gallery where your may download and print your photos as you wish. I do not offer printing services.
Will our photos get posted to social media?

Not unless I get permission from you! Keep in mind, I often offer discounts to clients who do allow me to post to social media.
Can you do face-swapping or other major Photoshop edits?

Yes I do offer that at an additional charge of 20₪ per edit.
